ohbabe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, specific match outcomes, or the behavior of other users. You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any content shared by users during conversations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ohbabe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

The ohbabe name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit permission. Content you create during chats remains yours, but is subject to our 14-day retention policy.
